Timeline - Items that have "Visibility" set to a group appearing in public Timeline

Posts, Events etc with "Visibility" set to a Group are appearing in the Public Timeline on the main feed.
These posts, events etc should only be visible in the Groups, Events timeline.

Selecting "see more" reveals the entire content that should only be visible to "Group" members.

The Groups privacy is set to closed.

Clicking on the content link from the Timeline functions as it should with "Access Denied. This is Private Content" being displayed.

To recreate the error.

Create a Group with "Privacy" set to "Closed"

Create a Post with "Visibility" set to the Group created above.
