Look if you have bin all ok and in particular rewrite_module - OK

I may find the cause of the problem when I check Dashboard => Host Tools + Server audit

MySQL:

• key_buffer_size = 1073741824 - OK
• query_cache_limit = 1048576 - OK
• query_cache_size = 0 - FAIL (must be >= 16777216)
• query_cache_type = OFF - FAIL (must be strcasecmp on)
• max_heap_table_size = 16777216 - OK
• tmp_table_size = 16777216 - OK
• thread_cache_size = 0 - FAIL (must be > 0)

But I can't change by myself => '#1227 - Access denied; you need (at least one of) the SUPER privilege(s) for this operation '

I use  una RECOMMENDED TMDHosting, should I ask them set up this for me?

hello, it will settle this but I'm not sure that this is the cause of your problem. Check a little further down the list if rewrite_module = OK.
I still believe that it is a problem of rewrites url. To be on, you can go to Studio => Settings => Permalinks => and uncheck everything, first it should help you find the cause of the problem and it will confirm that it is the cause.

Where UNA root files, check that ".htaccess" file exist or not?

if not exist then that is cause. if exists then you need to enable rewrite_mod.

After unchecking everything in permalinks as Baloo said do not forget to clear cache from
Studio>Dashboard>Cache >Clear all caches    otherwise it will not work.

Hey taoyilong it's normal there is a lot of help here. ;-) Happy it works, but it will still try to run the permalinks.
