Cloud4 - Messenger does not connect
Three days ago I ordered a second CLOUD4 package, incl. Powerapps, Hosted by UNA
The JOT Messenger does not connect. Same Problem I had in my first cloud4 package I ordered in July.
As I have no access to server/files/no ftp access - only STUDIO access, please setup the JOTmessenger.

it has beed fixed, there were two problems
1 - default Jot server port on UNA cloud is 5000
2 - jot server was using certificates for original domain, the site domain you created in the very beginning

Great, thx Mark and Alex. Maybe it could save You a lot of time when new UNA hosted packages/users are told about the setup of Jot Messenger in the studio settings. (exp. the default port ++)

Sorry, but now the messenger on my other site does not connect. I did not change anything in studio, as this messenger was set up by the UNA TEAM.
..the port by UNA was choosen :5443

Your JOT server has been restarted, now it works.
