Add/Remove Profile Stat Items

Is there any way to modify the Profile Stats block? For example, I do not need 'Favorite Persons' showing in Profile Stats. Is there any easy way to add other URLs in there? If someone wanted to add a direct link to a member's notification settings? Can we add Messenger or Notifications in there? 

This block should be editable I think. I would be great to add custom links in there as well.
