About public timeline: SOLVED

when someone makes a post in profile timeline, how can we make it seen in public timeline what are the exact conditions?

With the setting you recommended up,
A configuration on the homepage of the web sıte like this seems most beneficial:
Post to Feed (this posts to personal profile with more who can see options)
