Video Feature Snippets
I'd love there to be an Instagram like feature for 60 second videos. It could be called snippets.
Would it be possible to clone the video plugin as a different named plugin for 60 second only videos?

The current video module allows to set limits by the filesize. So it's better to have several permissions levels and increase upload file limits for the advanced levels. Like 5 Mb for Standard, 10 - for Premium etc. It will allow to control the length of the videos without serious changes (as in the case with time limits).
