An UNA product idea

I just got a thought.
Instead of making templates, why not make solutions in form of UNA packages designed for different purposes.
Home & Family package
Security Package
Government package
Hospital package
School package
Etc...
Each package has modules designed especially for its purpose. I think that would be a better sales product than selling templates to coders.
