initial latency and cpu power
There was an initial latency in browser to start to load the main page. For almost 6-7 seconds it was saying Waiting for .... before the page transfer starts.
I checked the cpu and memory loads synchronously and see that this period of waiting is completely from apache and mysql CPU usage.
Only changing to a dedicated hypertreading system with same number of virtual CPUs and same amount of memory make the initial latency less then 3 seconds :)

What is your PHP version ?
Using PHP 7.2 with opcache enabled will greatly improve the performance.

It was not enabled I started it. And yes another serious beneficial effect on page speed is clearly seen.
How much time you recommend for revalidation default is like this : opcache.revalidate_freq=10

It depends on particular case, generally if you aren't making any changes in files, then it's better to increase it.
