How to add content in Groups, Videos, Pictures
Every page I click on for Videos, Events, Pictures etc has no way to actually add content directly. The pages are there in Studio under Add new content and its enabled so why don't I see any way to add anything?

By default, every logged user in his member toolbar (Studio->Navigation->System->Member toolbar):
has the "+ add" menu item (highlighted with the red square). By clicking this item you may see the "Add Content Menu" (from the same area of Navigation app):
So every link form this list redirects to the "Add content" area of the chosen app.

I see but I think there should also be an option in the sub menu once you click the big button. Example is from my website for Videos. First picture is from add like you told me but the second picture doesnt have this option when you just click on the "Videos" button from main menu.

When I click on the large Videos button on my websites main page it doesn't have a sub menu to add content when it goes to Videos page. Same with all the rest of the main page buttons.

The easiest solution for you would be to add the new item to the Videos Submenu. Just go to Studio->Navigation->Videos module->Videos Submenu area, click the link "4 items" and then press "Add new" button. In the appeared popup fill the fields and for the "URL" use the "page.php?i=create-video".
