When Member Logs Out (Message Displayment For Access Denied Pages)

Hello,

So just out of curiousity is there a way to return a error for unauthorized members to send back instead of  "Access Denied" to like "Access Denied - Please Login or Join Today!" ? For unathenicated members that are trying to access a webpage that isn't visible to them. And then do such for memberships and levels to display "You Must Upgrade To Next Level" ?
