Email requirement - work around?

I set up Una on a server. I usually don't use email on my many sites because of spam - I just use gmail now.
Una needs to validate email addresses by sending an email.
Is there a workaround that will enable Una to validate without setting up email on the server?

    • You can ask users to provide phone and confirm phone by SMS. To do this you need:

      1) configure Twilio: Studio > Settings > System > Twilio

      2) Change the following option: Studio > Settings > System > Account > Account is confirmed when: phone is confirmed
