Categories vs Labels

What you prefer categories , labels, both ? I think both of them is kind of over...

Depends really. My site, both are useful. Users choose a category and the label works like a sub-category. This helps as the label is like a hashtag and will engage others. UNA is for the creative minded. So many options and ways to configure a website for any type.
