Support Request Pending

Hi,

It's been over a week since I sent in my support request to move my Dophin Permanent Licenses to UNA. This is limiting my ability to start building UNA sites, can someone provide an estimate on when my support request would be resolved please? LeonidS Leonid S  I think this is with you? Please help.

      You have many licenses to be transferred.
      The process will be finished today.
      I will update you on its status using the ticket system.

        • hi Igor Lebedev  it appears that 10% of the licenses are transferred. You had estimated all of them to be finished. Do you expect them to be finished this week? Thank you.

            Sorry for the delay. We will transfer 3 licences at a time after you register all the transferred ones.
            This decision was made to split the transfer into several steps for convenience.

            After you register all the transferred licenses, please let us know.

            • Hi Igor Lebedev  Thanks for getting back to me. I ran over 100+ sites in Dolphin that I took down so I can rebuild them on UNA in bulk in a Templated Manner. 3 at a time would take 29+ more instances? please consider that it's going to be very inconvenient for me. When I bought the licenses on Dolphin, it was done quickly, it appears this is a manual process for you and hence difficult/time consuming? 

              On a separate note, can you please point me to how I can register the transferred licenses please? (Documentation/tutorial)

              • If you will register all 100+ licenses then we can transfer them for you, but it will take some time, limitation of 3 licenses per time is needed to not keep unused licenses and to not be overloaded with the requests.

                  license is registered automatically when you install any paid module.

                      To do the transfer, we need the following information from you:

                      1) Dolphin Permanent license ID

                      2) UNA.IO profile ID or profile link
