How to setup chat

Could someone provide step by step instructions on how to set up rocket chat so it can work on my site? I have the Cloud 4 server through una. im new to web development and not very good at all this coding stuff. sorry in advance for the NOOB questions, im learning as i go here. want to get this site going, but cant afford to pay a development team so im doing it myslef, so ill have lots of questions.
