How to configure the Green dot under a profile picture?

Hello all,

Thanks again for all the amazing answers and support thus far, i really appreciate it, as i'm new to all of this type of stuff.

Question: Under a members Profile picture there is a green dot which i assume to mean "Online" or "Available"

how do i configure this to have options such as "Online", "Away", "Busy", or "Hidden" where hidden means it doesnt show a colored dot at all or shows an "Offline Status"
