change new discussion text editor

Hello there.

I managed to change Froala text editor for discussion comments (sys_objects_cmts) from 'full visual editor' to 'mini visual editor'; however, I don't know what database query to use to change the editor for new discussion. Now I have comments with mini editor and new discussion with full editor; I want both with mini.
