Favicon

What is the recommended way to upload a favicon? And is it necessary to reupload each time UNA upgrades?

The favicon you may upload via Studio->Designer->Site icon area. Then you will keep this icon during the upgrade procedures.

when i click submit, file info disappears

For now, in your site I may see the uploaded and resized images, check it up please again.
