Events and Groups showing in Person (Friends) Block

I have 'Groups' and 'Events' showing in my Persons (Friends) Block on my admin profile. I can't re-create in standard profiles.

Does this have something to do with 'Auto Friends' Module?

Did you change this block? You may try to check it via Stuido->Develoepr module and print here the main settings of it.
