SSL Cert

Hello,

My domain host is after the following, I can't see a tech support ticket on here so posting here. It was working but they have stopped it until I provide a cert from my hosting (Una).

"Thank you for your recent purchase of an SSL Certificate for www dot scificollision dot com (I have had to edit this as it says my membership level can't post links)

As this site is hosted elsewhere could you please let us have the Certificate Signing Request (CSR) for this? It should be generated from the web server that hosts this site and provided to us by re-opening this ticket in the 'Technical Support' section of your Online Control Panel. 2"

Any advice would be great as this is causing my site to say it's unsafe :(

  • Hi there SciFiCollision - as an UNA Cloud subscriber you can get direct support by emailing support@una.io - I will asked LeonidS to take a look and support you here.

    • I have emailed with no reply yesterday :(

Really need this sorted asap as it will just scare people away from the site.

      • have this update today from my domain supplier...

"It seems as though you currently have an expired Let's Encrypt certificate installed on your server - this is not the certificate provided by ourselves. You may need to contact your hosting provider if you wish to continue with your Let's Encrypt certificate, or if you would like to use the SSL you have purchased with us we need you to supply us with the CSR generated from your server for the domain name www dot scificollision dot com. Please let us know what you would like to do. "

I need this sorted NOW please, very unfair on a paying customer to allow this to happen...

        • I have emailed support yet again :(

          • Alex T⚜️ - can you please respond here.

            • SciFiCollision you don't need to buy certificate separately, UNA Cloud comes with free certificate already, I've just renewed it for you.

              • It works again but doesn't show green now as it did, I'm hoping this is the same setup?
Can I please get a reply to my emails to support as I would like the cert for my domain supplier incase for some reason this happens again, as you haven't stated why this was down or even said sorry.

Why was this "renewed" and not active all the time?

Please, can an admin reply to one of my emails with the cert.

I found this has taken over 6 days to sort, I'm 50/50 in the mind to cancel my site and move onto something else after all this. Anyone visiting my site for nearly a week has seen warnings do no enter this site!!! This can't happen for no reason and must have been a UNA fault? No sorry, or email a reply.

                Shocking treatment

                • Sorry for such situation, I've fixed it as soon as I've seen your request, your tickers will be attended as well.

                  • All seems too late to me, £80 a month to host a site is a lot of money.

I gain avg £5 per day in google adverts which I haven't had any clicks on since the 8th June when for someone reason UNA failed and made my site unsafe for people to click!

That's £30 I'm out of pocket and had people posting on social media screenshots of the site being down.

I will very likely just stop the payments unless my emails are replied to and all the other emails about random fail my site keeps getting. I have brought every module form this site and haven't made any edits myself. Can't see why I get daily emails stating fails in databases etc.. like this email today...
