Why do I have to wait so long for support over a issue UNA caused???

I give up with UNA, they created an SSL cert issue which stopped my website from being viewed from 8th June till I had begged for help on here and after loads of emails, till a short msg on here saying "all sorted and back to normal" not even a sorry!
Just to state I pay for the UNA and all the mods, I have spent a lot of money on my site and feel I need to beg for help with issues I didn't cause!
I will stop my payment as still reply to any support@ emails :(
shame on UNA for such poor effort to a paying customer.

    • Sorry for that experience. Indeed, the responce was delayed and cryptic. The last couple of weeks have been really hectic with version release and some unexpected new tasks with performance optimisations, which kept the team unusually stressed. Please message me if there’s anything we can do to help you at this stage. 

      • This is one of the things I've noticed, UNA is a great platform, but communication with the paying customers is shockingly poor.
