Video App
The Boonex Video app allowed members to upload YouTube videos. The UNA video APP is described like this:
Videos app is focused on YouTube-like video sharing.
Does this mean video sharing only by the admin?
It seems that it means video sharing only by the admin and not by input from members.
Why is this APP not similar to the one for Boonex.
Is there any plan for UNA video to be accessible to members where any member an upload videos from YouTube and elsewhere?

Basically the question related to when the UNA video app will accomodate videos being embedded from youtube by members besides the admin.

Video can be shared by members unless Admins are assigned this action exclusively. It is meant to be a community-sharing videos module.

Andrew,
That is fine but the real question is if members can embed Youtube videos. We were doing that using Dolphin and we tried UNA video module and could not find a way to do that and cancelled it. But many members want to do that on our site.

We have a ticket here - https://github.com/unaio/una/issues/1858 , but it's not for V10 - we need a universal class to be able to include not only YouTube but also other sources, including UNA-native videos. There's also a number of questions about APIs for thumbnails generation, privacy controls, etc. So, not a trivial feature, but it is planned.
