Suggestion: "Show All" button in discussions

I keep needing to press "See older replies..." a bunch of times to see the beginning of where people's answers are coming from so I think it would be good to have a Show All button too.

    • I agree 100%. Especially because most of the newer comments are responding to older ones.

      • We've just changed from 5 comments to 50 comments, it should be enough now.

        • I think the suggestion was good, because with 50 we lose the advantage of the 10 :-) I find that an option "deploy" would give both advantages, easily read the last answers, and for whoever wants, read everything . More resource hungry too if you charge 50 for everyone, right? It's not urgent but it would be a good thing for later, what you call future :-)

            • Alex T⚜️ so after using 50 well I can assure you that it is not suitable for all sites. Here the comments are often brief and you do not have 1000. on my site it is often the opposite, it is painful to have to pedal with the mouse until the end to be able to answer.
              Maybe introduce a parameter? In the meantime please, explain to me or I can reduce, thank you.

              • What about using pagination and start with the last page and go backward?

                • This parameter can be changed for each comments objects, for example to change it in forums you can use the following query:

                  UPDATE `sys_objects_cmts` SET `PerView` = '39' WHERE `Name` = 'bx_forum' LIMIT 1;

                  Then clear DB cache
