RESOLVED - Can you limit who is allowed to use a module's create functions?

Is there a way to limit all users from being able to create "Posts" or "Polls" except for admins?

Thanks Gritly! For some reason I didn't find the correct actions/level combo. I now see the "Create Post" action in the Standard Level -- which I made inactive.
