Closed Group Member Approval

When someone tries to join a closed group, and then the admin accepts that use, I am getting a popup that says "Connect request is awaiting confirmation". How do I fix this?

      Please confirm some points:

      1) So this closed group has the Join confirmation, right?

      2) Who does get the popup with the message? The admin or the owner of this group? Or the new user who wants to join?

      3) Are the admin and this new user the friends?
