Notifications

Can someone tell me what I need to do to reset the notifications for all members? When I installed the module it was set for notification emails to go out for every action. The members are getting flooded with emails. I have tried in notifications to set just on certain items, but it is not changing on the members notifications. If I uninstall notifications and reinstall will this fix the problem and reset all members notifications to my settings?

A new member told me that their confirmation email went into spam. I figure it’s probably because members  were flooded with emails, and they marked it as spam. Now I am concerned about all new members notification emails going into spam.

    • Right what you want to do is tell your members to go to this page https://www.yorsite.com/page/notifications-settings aslong as you have the notifications app set up it will be active then go to email and change the email notifications to get into this section manually you will click on your account profile pic at the top corner then go into account settings not profile settings then notifications hope this helps.
