10.1 upgrade help...

i'm on 9.0.0 DEV19 - it says 10.1.0 is available on dashboard, but there is no upgrade button.... auto update is enabled, but nothing....

am i missing something?

should i download 10.1.0 to somewhere and try to upgrade, or do i need a fresh install?

      i can edit the db version and file version to just 9.0.0 and update button appears on refresh - should i click it? - will it break the site? - is there an update for DEV versions?

      • Make a backup of your current site, before you do any upgrade. The latest version 10.1 has a lot of bugs, it screwed up my site
