Align contents in blocks

Hello everyone. This is probably easy but I can't find where to change the aligmnent of content in blocks. Particularly the discussion blocks looks weird centered and have a lot of white space.

How can this be changed?

Thank you. While viewing the post it is left aligned. Only in the blocks appear centered.
So how to change this recent posts and new discussions blocks?

You may change the settings of .bx-db-content .bx-forum-grid CSS classes in Studio->[Your template name]->Styles->CustomStyles area.

Unfortunately I do not have either of these settings in the CustomStyles area.
Are they something I can add without messing up the style?

Yes, definitely. You need to add the code like:
.bx-db-content .bx-forum-grid {
new settings: here;
}
and it will be affected.
