More requirements for iOS

Hey guys, third try to get my app published on the iOS store. This time I get this

Next Steps
To resolve this issue, please revise your app to implement all of the following precautions:
- Require that users agree to terms (EULA) and these terms must make it clear that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
- A method for filtering objectionable content
- A mechanism for users to flag objectionable content
- A mechanism for users to block abusive users
- The developer must act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content

Any ideas on how I can resolve all of these?

    • - there is already agreement text upon join "By signing up, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.", however Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages are empty and you need to fill them with the text particularly for your site

      - there is already "Report" button for all types of content, after users report - admin can review reports and delete reported/objectionable content, there is actions for admin to delete content or to delete user with all their content

      • Then why is iOS not seeing this? Weird.

        • Not seeing what exactly ?

          • All of those requirements. If that app includes it and has it, why did my submission get rejected

            • - Make sure you have the EULA/Terms pages filled with your specific terms - they' re blank by default.

              - Look at your content action menus (like actions in People profiles, in Posts, etc) and make sure that "Report" button is active and named correctly. Also make sure that in Permissions the report action is enabled for standard users.

              - In your Terms make sure to add an explanation that all reports are processed within 24 hours and all objectionable content will be permanently deleted or hidden and won't be available for browsing  by normal users.

Send these as a reply to Apple.

              • Thanks Andrew for the thorough reply.
