It isn't good idea, since DB records will still be left and will cause much more errors.

Thank you, forgot to ask, could you please specify version(s) of your template module(s) ?
Also could you please check if there are any pending updates for the modules in Studio > Apps market > Updates ?

Your trouble from this thread https://una.io/page/view-discussion?id=4423 broke the enable/disable process of Ads too.

Outdated version of Protean template is cause of the problem.
However LeonidS added missing files, but it's not correct way to solve the problem, you need to update this and all other modules to the latest versions to avoid other potential and future problems. Most probably there is problem with the license, make sure that you have license to the all paid modules and it's registered to your site's key&secret.
