No, that message usually is do to your membership does not rights to view that post or the post is set to a privacy. Another is maybe a user here has their profile privacy set to only friends

If you can take a screen shot, block your private data on your screen shot and post it here?

this is something I noticed too.
it is related to friendship status. there seems like a bug here. You are getting a notification about a post that you are not allowed to see. It may be a mention too in side a post that is visible to someones friends that you are not friend.

Yes i know who posted that, they probably changed the privacy of the post and also that you have the standard membership level here in UNA. I would not worry about it. 😀

There is a ticket for v11 for reviewing notifications against all privacy settings. Notifications are incredibly complex when all variables are considered. 

I think if you would do that, it will cause many people getting upset. It should stay that way. If user A wants to see user B post because user A set privacy level to friends only, then user B can request friendship with user A. If you change it and allow anyone to view any level of privacy, huge mistake, people will not post anymore and leave the site.

I have also experienced this here on una.io. I assumed it was related to the poster or commenters profile privacy settings

Getting a notification from a friend but not getting access to the content is annoying. It's not the privacy settings that need to be changed, it's the wrong people getting notifications that needs to change.

Still having problems. AQB Soft Can you tell me why when you present points to a person, the amounts increase in the leaderboard but not in the persons badge on their profile page? That is messed up.
