Zoho desk feedback
I was looking around and found Zoho desk help desk @ https://www.zoho.com/desk/pricing.html it says free no credit card needed. I believe it allows 3 agents included in free plan, has anyone looked into this, if so what is your opinion?

I use this, it is amazing for a customer service option. It also gives you real-time data if someone is visiting your site and if they are returning by recording their IP address and can send you real-time notifications. Highly recommended.

both, but the free version is the same, just less users

Can this be added to your site without access to control panel?

yes, you can add to individual pages using "raw block" or to the entire site in designer >> Injection

I registered for this to try out the free plan, but I am not finding code I can place into my website for the help desk.

Yes I had same problem Tim, I stopped there and have not gone back.
