Channel

I'm not very clear how "Channel" works. When I added any hashtag in outline post, I expected the same post will also appears in respective channel (e.g. appears in "safety" channel). But looks like it doesn't work that way. Can anyone clarify?

    • Yes that is essentially how it works - assuming that the user has permission level to 'create channel' if they add a hashtag it will automatically create that channel if it does not exist. or add the channel if it already exists. you can create a 'channel home page' and show blocks for 'featured channels' and perhaps 'new channel' - if I tag this reply then it should show up next to yours.

      • Hi Mark. Thanks for your clarification. Somehow when posting at outline with hashtag, inside channel only appear the texts. Attachment such as photo or link not appearing.
