Notifications Issue After UNA 11-B1

I checked it seems that everything works at home. Do you think to check if you see them passing by mailjet or not?

It's definitely something with the upgrade. I was getting all notifications just up to the point I upgraded. I verified this in my emails.  

I get the reactions and points level updates but not new posts or comments.  Nothing has changed with my Mailjet setup. 

You see them in  sys_queue_email ?

sys_email_queue is cleared.. no records.. I see where a user made a new post about 4 hours ago. Making that around 4:30-5:00PM. I checked MailJet and there are no emails from 11:15AM to 8:00PM (site slow today).. So this tells me that the email notifications for these actions mentioned are not even getting generated/received by Mailjet. The site notifications are working for these actions though. Very strange. 

Indeed, I already had the case of a relay problem but then I know that the notifications remain "stuck" in the table, so at least you are certain that this is not the case. I have no idea. Maybe deactivate / reactivate the module?

Yeah - let me try that.. 

Deactivate and reactivate didn't work.  I tested it and one of my members confirmed they are only getting reaction emails too. Any ideas?

I get reaction emails and also when a member joins. Nothing else.. I have posted contents etc.. but no notifications

OK - Tagging everyone since I really need some assistance on this one. To recap my issue, I and at least 1 other member on my site are ONLY receiving reactions and likes email notifications since I upgraded to the UNA 11 Beta. I get all other email notifications except for New Posts and Comments on the Timeline. I am using the same SMTP service prior to the upgrade with no changes that was working just fine. 

Anton created an account at my site and he provided me a screenshot showing he was getting email notifications on comments. So it seems like some may be getting all the email notifications as expected while at least me and 1 other member (that I have verified) are not. How is that even possible??

Can someone please assist me with this?

Some other tests I have done and still not working.. 

• I changed my email address on my Admin profile. That didn't work.
  I checked with a test account I already had and changed the email on that one, did not receive any email alerts for Comments.
  I also just posted a comment on a post of my to test and I do not see anything even generating into the sys_queue_email table.

I am at a total loss here. What could have changed in the Beta upgrade that would have caused me and at least 1 other member to stop receiving email alerts for JUST new posts and comments within the Timeline module???????

Can someone please help me out here? I went through both RC1 and RC2 updates hoping that my email notifications would start working again but unfortunately, the issue still exists. A member recently posted a comment to my post and all I got was the site notification and NOT the email one. 

Alex T⚜️ I have made that change and will let you know.  Not sure this is going to have a effect though since I get every other email notification except new posts and new comments. 

Seems to be profile related.  Anton made a profile on my site and got ther email notifications.  Baloo is having an issue with notifications on certain profiles too since Beta 1. He uploaded notifications 10.0.4 (version prior to B1) and it resolved his issue however,  when i tried to do that,  posts and comments wouldn't automatically appear in the timeline.  It would just spin and I'd have to refresh to see the post/comment. So I couldn't test properly.  So this could be an issue with notification and/or timeline module but can't tell. 

Alex T⚜️ I can confirm that this is profile related. I have had members confirm they are receiving emails on new posts and new comments. So what could I check or is there something you can check for me to determine how it is that some members get the email notifications but some do not? Again, this is ONLY for New Posts and New Comments. 

Still nothing. Seems I may have the whole UNA team stumped on this one since nobody (out of the 3) have figured it out just yet. So after upgrading to UNA 11 (final), this issue still exists with no resolutions.

I understand there is some difficulty in language barriers and even timezone zones but this issue has still not been addressed nor does it seem like anyone knows what is happening. So let me explain it one more time...

On my homepage, I have the System > Create Post block
That block give you the ability to create "new" posts for whatever modules you have installed. Below you will see I have Update, Posts, and Polls

If a user clicks "Polls" or "Posts" it will create an email notification saying the members has added a new X..
If the user clicks UPDATE, it WILL NOT create an email notification saying a member has post something new.

I just recently installed the Posts module to make sure it was not the "Create Block" itself having issues. And now after all my testing.. The email notification issue ONLY happens with UPDATE. 

I hope that clears up the confusion now. 

For now. I have modified the "Posts" to just a simple form since it is working as expected and disabled the ability to post "Updates" until this is fixed. Is it just me having this issue?

The fix listed in the issue posted above DID fix my problem. Thank you everyone who as involved in helping me test, troubleshoot, and getting the resolution for this problem. I knew I wasn't going crazy so 😜
