Add a profile popup

Alex T⚜️ : has the dev team considered bringing back the profile popup from Dolphin.  This feature caused a popup box to appear when the cursor was hovering over a profile image.  One of the options was to start a "Talk" and there were some others that made sense in the context of a profile.  This was a VERY convenient feature.
