SOLVED: Icons are not showing mostly for the new users who open the site for the first time

Dear UNA experts, hope you are doing well.

I noticed that icons are not showing for the new users or people who open my website for the first time, instead it's either showing white box or nothing. This is giving bad impression about the site especially when errors start showing from the first visit.

Any idea to overcome this issue?!

    • Hello Rateb !

      It happens when users open the site with the wrong URL, with "http" prefix instead of the current "https" from your example. It's better to ask your hosting support about the best way to do it via your CPanel.

      • Genius.. I found an option in my cPanel "force HTTPS Redirect", it seems to be solved.
