Site Dead after upgrade to UNA 11 - Help please

After upgrade my site is dead, the error log has lots of errors saying it can't upgrade from 10 to 11. Please help, any suggestions will be appreciated

        Nope the problem has not been resolve. we rolled back a site backup. the problem very much exists on upgrade.

        always upgrade on a staging platform. Never live.

            Ok, you said that you "found the solution" so I thought you resolved it. 

            Please check if your site has connection to una.io site to download update and make sure that you have correct key&secret which matches your site URL.

              Have you followed Alex's advice above re Key & Secret? If you have UNA Pro or Cloud Plan, please email support@una.io and we can check your site directly.

                Like I said UNA support is no existent if you do not have their plans. We simply rolled back a back-up. 

                I am sure we have a work around for the issue and will test it again tomorrow.

                  I think we have a solution to this issue and will test again when we have some time.

                  • On a side note, mobile app notifications are not working. I have to close the app or change over to conversations to refresh message replies

                      That’s not really true. We offer support to all UNA users via this forum. You have had 2 different UNA staff members respond to this question over the course of today, it is unusual to find any reasonable questions unanswered in this forum.

                      For users requiring a higher level of support we offer commitments via our UNA Pro & Business plans. The development of the UNA Platform & support has a cost to our business, I think it is not unreasonable that we make a charge for the service. Without some income, how is it possible for a business to continue? 

                      • InPage it seems you speak too much nonsense. Speak less and listen more. You have asked for help on a lot of issues you're experiencing yet you say you know you'll find a workaround or that you can hack the Studio on any UNA website due to what you stated to Chris is "a large gaping hole in the UNA code in 10 seconds". If you want problems solved, then let those that are trying to help you, help. Otherwise, save the discussion space and UNA teams time for those who truly do need and want the help.
