Shoutbox block won't update in real-time
Hello there,
For some reason my shoutbox block won't update itself in real time.
I have everything set up in place and the messenger / shoutbox works just fine. But the block itself won't update in real-time. Any advise?
Messenger, on the other hand, does work fine and updates itself in real time.

With the FB Messenger app also, I won't receive updates of new messages until my screen is on and then I will get notifications of all the messages I missed. I have an Xperia Z3 and it has a built in Stamina mode that does something similar to save battery but this feature is turned off on my phone so that would not be the culprit.
How would I find out why this is happening?

Looks like Messenger is working but in Jot Server config file you have set wrong IP address or maybe you have changed IP address recently and now Jot Server blocks all messages from your domain (you may see it in browser's console). So, you need to define correct IP address of you domain name in config.json and then restart Jot server, if problem still exist, let me know via PM I will check.
