I just like this module, and I think that since it has existed for a long time, it needs to fix all the flaws.
A couple of times the question was raised about the fact that if you write a message from the user’s page, a separate correspondence is created each time. Will this be fixed?
If you attach an image or anything else to the attachments and send, and then delete the message from both participants, then the attachments are not deleted from the repository. Perhaps the message itself remains there.
I do all the tests on the latest version.

It isn't bug it's feature. It's one of the differences from messenger.
If you attach an image or anything else to the attachments and send, and then delete the message from both participants, then the attachments are not deleted from the repository. Perhaps the message itself remains there.
When you delete message it goes to Trash folder, only when it's deleted from Trash folder then yhe message is really deleted.

I deleted the message from both recycle bins. I cleaned the cache on the site and in the browser. The image remains in place.

I've just checked, attached to conversation images are deleted upon cron run after message is delete from all inboxes and trash folders. Please check if conversation is really deleted from bx_convos_conversations table and your cron is setup properly.
