url_encoded does not work

I reread all the instructions here about sharing on WhatsApp. But for some reason they don’t work for me, the {url_encoded} parameter is displayed as text, not URL.

First I added a link to the navigation/system/social networks, then I imported it into the navigation/discussions/actions. But in the list it is not displayed as for example for Facebook.
