Cached Images and Videos randomly showing up

I'm pretty sure that this is due to multiple sessions of me being on my account but it also could be because of the token timing out when I'm posting something...and then having to resubmit the post.

• Sometimes I work with two account sessions open in order to do code, etc...
• I've noticed that if I have one session open and I go to upload a video, then forget what I was doing and upload the video in a different window/session...I see the last upload in the "Post Feed"
• This also includes seeing it on other people's pages that have subscribed/followed me.

I'm not 100% sure why it randomly shows up...but just guessing it's due to one of those two factors above.

I also see it on the main wall...but it for some reason just automatically loads my last upload, even though I didn't upload it there.

The simple solution is to just delete it...but just wanted to let you know about the bug.
