Messenger and Notifications (Push / E-mail)

Hello there,

I wonder why messenger notifications are not send via e-mail or onesignal with the same accuracy as basically all others? All notifications work as expected: interactions, new content, etc etc... But when it comes to messenger, basically only 1 out of 10 works, and only via email.
I have onesignal working fine (as mentioned, other notifications work), and e-mail also works fine via SMTP. The only problem has been with the messages.

What I find funny is that they don't work here at UNA either... I'm never notified when I receive a new message 😅  no push, no e-mail...

Anyone experiences the same issue?
