Why is this guy coming up on my dash feed?

So I'm not following this guy, nor are we friends but he's coming up on my dash feed but not in my profile feed?

If I go to my Dash Feed, this is in my timeline.

If I go to my profile feed it's not there...

but then if I go to "Feed" on the left, in the menu...

I see it in "Subscription feed" but I'm not subscribed to this person.

I'm not "Following" or Friends with him, so why am I seeing his post in my dash feed?

All I can think of is he came to my profile and posted it but wouldn't it show up on my profile feed and not my dash feed?

The different variations of "Feed" are confusing...
