(Resolved) Logged in but do not have complete access
Has anyone else experienced this and can you help? I deleted one of my test accounts via the profile. I did this by using the link on the profile to log into their account. After doing this I was logged out. I logged back in and now I only have partial access to this site. I am unable to make a post. I am unable to access the account menu. The main menu is unaccessible. I am able to access the studio if I type it into the address bar. The items I am unable to see are those that a nonmember would not see. But there are some things I can see on the profile page that they would not see. I have tried to login under other test accounts and I get the same thing. Really strange. See attached screenshot video. Can someone help.

Hello, not sure you understand correctly, but you seem to write that what you did on one account affected another account which has nothing to do with what you did? Maybe then log out, completely empty your browser and site caches and reconnect?

I couldn’t figure out why that would have anything to do with it either but that was the last thing I did when the problem started. I have logged out and cleared the cache several times and log back in it. I still have the same problem. I’ve tried it on multiple test accounts.

Can you log in with admin/operator account > go to studio > account > delete the account there. If you can't access studio from drop down > type it in address bar like you said.

It’s not a problem with deleting an account. The problem is once logged in you can’t make post or see the the account menu or site menu. It’s like you are not logged in.

Hi Tim when you click to a members profile link and log in to their profile only you the current profile becomes that member. But the member account -here you as admin- is not changing possibly due to correctly logging what happened in the site.
In this situation if you delete a profile or account things may mess up.
May be with another and moderator of admin profile you can set the membership of your own profile correctly again.
In believe it can be corrected easily from the database also.

I’m sure it can be fixed through the database but I don’t have a clue how to die that. Looks like I will jus have to close the site. I can’t figure it out.
