SOLVED: Custom UNA app feedback

We have the custom app version 1.4.0.
I am having problems about javascripts in both platforms (latest ios and android.)
For instance it is possible to open a new window, but not possible to close it with simple java script close() method.Or for jquery there are limitations an example:
I have a jquery script that checks our email server for the new emails of the current logged UNA user through a proxy php script at the directory of UNA installation, but this is also blocked in app while it works at browsers.
I think There are permissions needed for running JavaScript for the custom UNA apps.
ps: jquery works no need to load it at the beginning UNA already has it. no need for "no conflict" scenario.

No these are from oldest (1.4.0.) UNA app.

1.4.0 and 1.4.1 has no big differences in code!

I think it isn't good practice to open separate window from mobile app, it's better to just navigate to another page. If you still need some sort of popup window, then it's better to implement popup, like .dolPopup()

Mobile app is configured to work with one domain where UNA is installed. All other URLs should be opened in external browser. So it maybe this cause such behaviour in Android app, if you want to allow some additional domain you need to add other domains in App.js file:
