how to disable atime_pruning and atime_tracking

Having video conversion issues and it says to disable this, But I am not seeing anywhere in video conversion it is in the code, anyone know how to disable this

Well reading on video conversion. Ild like to just by pass conversion and let it just play video as is

I am really liking the new feel. I used dolphin many years ago. Probably ly 10 or 13 and stopped. But haven't messed with it since. I am thinking for another company I'm running. If I could bridge nextcloud and una together. It would be spectacular.
