Can a UNA 10 Translation be used for UNA 11?

Sorry for this, as I know, that only fitting Versions of apps/modules should be used. But the Translation I need is not updated yet to UNA 11. 

So I wonder if it is possible to use the excellent German Translation for UNA 10.0 from Michelle Freya  for my UNA 11 cloud package too, without running into deep problems and updating as soon the updated version is available.
