Database error - Mysql error: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused
Hi all
Does anyone know what these errors might be?
(I attach received messages)
I don't know if it has any relation, but just yesterday I received these errors, the same day that I activated the cron jobs that were not working.

There could be incorrect database settings in the configuration file. That's typically what that error means.
-
Hi Jeremy
Where should I find and view that configuration file? -
Check to make sure all the values in /inc/header.inc.php are correct in order to make successful connection to your database. Also, make sure your database user still has full access/control to that database for your site by viewing the permissions in database tools of your hosting provider.

Claudio Acosta I visited your site just now. I can see that posts are being made so that means it has to be writing to the database. However, I wonder if it's a collation issue. I see that you are running utf8mb4 but what is in the collation field of your tables for your database?

Hello Jeremy
Although I understand very little, apparently the file is correct. The user has all the privileges.
Regards. -
Jeremy Where can I see what you mention? in PhpMyadmin?
I found the following, I don't know if you mean that. Some tables have collation utf8_unicode_ci and others utf8mb4_unicode_ci I totally do not know about the subject, I don't know if it is right or wrong.
Regards.

Hello Jeremy
Could you see the screenshots I shared? I would like to know if there is anything there that you consider wrong.
Thanks -
That appears to be fine.
-
Thanks Jeremy
So it is not important that in some tables they have utf8_unicode_ci collation and in others they have utf8mb4_unicode_ci

It's okay. Mine is the same way.
