Post in timeline pulling super long Titles

So I've noticed that for some reason the links have been pulling a weird code in part of the title: <\/title> and then pulling the full title of the article which sometimes can be super long.

Examples below: First one is super long which seems to be the article itself.

These long titles tend to show up when there's the <\/title> code in the title...
