Jitsi customization

After installation of Jitsi on a vps, I can't find my way around customizing it. Please is there an admin panel or somewhere to access the setup, integrate calendar, custom (una website) login, font etc

Currently, the only authentication on it is the Jitsi authentication and setup. I'll appreciate any help here. Thanks

      By default, in jitsi you can change only some parts of the design and options in config files, which allows to hide logo, popups, welcome pages and some others.. but if you need more complicated changes, you should edit jitsi-meet sources and then rebuild the project and upload it to the server.

        But do I also have to edit the source code to edit the deeplink URL? 

        When a Jits video conferencing invite is shared from rocket chat, it directs participants to the rocket chat mobile/web deeplink  @ https://go.rocket.chat first before the video conference. Is there a una web deeplink that can be used to direct participants straight to the video?
