Having problems posting videos to my feed

I just got UNA working last night and it's freaking awesome. The problem I'm having is posting videos to my feed. I can add the post; add the video file and it transfers. Then I get the following message and the video never appears. I hit refresh on my browser and the video and post are gone. Is it not processing, do I need to go somewhere in the admin area to approve the video? I can see the files on the server sitting there, but they aren't being processed or posted. Any help would be appreciated.
